London (ItaalOnline) - British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that the country will hold general elections on the 4th of July, as reported by the Associated Press and UK media.
Rishi Sunak made this statement today in front of the House of Commons at 10 Downing Street. Sunak said that he discussed this decision with the king of the country, Charles, and asked him to dissolve the parliament. The dissolution of the parliament means that the country will go directly to the election campaign which will end on the day of the election which is Thursday, July 4.
